Hand in Hand is a non-profit organization which operates primarily on the tuition fees from each child. Fees must be paid for the days and hours your child is scheduled to attend. We ask each family member to sign a schedule contract and payment agreement, this states the hours and times your child is registered for care and your payment schedule.
Fees and Discounts
|Registration fee||$30.00 per child.
Due upon enrollment.
|Supply Fee||$5.00 per child
Billed to any child/family for attendance during that period.
|Activity Fee (Summer Day Camp Only)||$40.00 per child.|
Due upon enrollment into summer program.
|Late Pick-Up Fee (Starting at 6:01 p.m.)||$1.00/per minute per child (minimum of $5.00/child).|
|Late Payment Fee||$10.00 per day, in accordance to signed payment agreement.|
|Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fee||This fee is accessed by our bank.|
|Multiple Child Discount||Discount taken off oldest child’s tuition when all children are in attendance.
2 children - 10% discount.
3 children - 15% discount.
4 children - 20% discount.
|Referral Discount||Once a referred family has been in attendance for 6 weeks.
The currently enrolled family receives an additional week of vacation for one child.
The newly enrolled family receives an additional day of vacation for one child.
Families are eligible for a referral discount when new enrolling family brings in a Hand in Hand business card or brochure with referring name on it.
